Wheel of Life
Life coaching is a holistic process.
Sometimes, we judge ourselves harshly in only one dimension; like on how we look, what our grades are or how many friends we have. If we think of ourselves like diamonds; multi-faceted and able to sparkle when held up to the light, we can learn to appreciate ourselves as a whole made up of many sides. Using the 'Wheel of Life', we can appreciate that even when one part of our life is not going so brilliantly, there are so many other aspects of it that are going pretty well...and there's always room for improvement!
